Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tawana Healthcare. We want your order to reach you safely and on time. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across Pakistan. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing

Once you place your order, our team works to confirm and prepare it for dispatch. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 working days. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email to confirm your order details before dispatch, so please make sure your contact number is correct and reachable. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Areas

We deliver across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners, covering major cities and most other areas they service. If your location is in a remote area, delivery may take a little longer, and in rare cases our courier may not be able to deliver to certain locations. If that happens, our team will contact you to find a solution.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days, depending on your city and location. Major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad are often quicker, while smaller towns and remote areas may take longer. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the courier and circumstances that may be outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We offer free delivery on orders above PKR 5,000. A flat delivery charge of PKR 300 applies to orders below this. Any applicable charges will always be clearly displayed before you place your order.

Cash on Delivery

We mainly offer Cash on Delivery, which means you pay for your order in cash at the time it is delivered to you. Please keep the exact order amount ready for a smooth handover. By placing a Cash on Delivery order, you agree to accept and pay for the parcel on delivery, unless you have cancelled it in line with our policies.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available through our courier, we will share your tracking number by WhatsApp once your order is dispatched, so you can follow its progress. If you have any questions about where your order is, you can also contact our team directly.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier will usually attempt delivery and may call you before arriving. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may try again or hold your parcel for collection, depending on their process. To avoid delays, please be reachable on your provided number during the expected delivery window.

Delays

While we do our best to dispatch and deliver on time, delays can sometimes happen due to high order volumes, weather, public holidays, courier issues, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your delivery address and contact details when ordering. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, or an unreachable phone number. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered for these reasons, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may involve an additional shipping charge.

Damaged Parcels

We take care to pack your order securely. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please inspect it at the time of delivery where possible, and contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can help. Returns and replacements for damaged or incorrect items are handled under our Refund and Return Policy.
